Motor help???!!

Bought the AquaCraft motor and ESC that comes stock with the Super V. I did the arming procedure and after all the beeps, i hit the triger and the motor turns about a quarter turn and stops. Anyone have any ideas, im a noob to electric motors and i am trying to convert my nitro mono hull to electric. Thanks

Check the motor/ESC connections.

I think that one of three connections is bad.
Re solder those male/female 3,4mm connectors and put new shrink tubes after you test and finish.

almost sounds like the prop shaft is in to tight that the motor isn't turning. start at the prop shaft and go over every little thing. wire connectors to trim adjustment s on the transmitter. i have found most of the problems i have are something silly.

Check the esc plug going into the rx, make sure the plug in not in upside down and the esc is in channel 2. If that doesn't help, check all solder joints on the bullets to the motor and esc and check your radio setting make sure the motor switch on the radio isn't reversed. I don't think it's the motor, I think it's something plugged up or switched wrong.
