draggy out of the hole

Im a newby at this and I installed a 40 52 3 on my sv 0,ed the trim 0,ed the prop shaft and tucked the rudder in at the bottom. I am running nimh 5000mah and once it is up it goes like the wind what can iI do to get it up faster

Use a different prop. Some props will bite a lot better from a stop, others will cavitate for some distance before they hook up, some will never hook up. Either accept what your prop does, or try an x442 or x642. Those should hook up better...how did the stock prop work?
