Series curcuit mah stays the same, voltage doubles. Parallel would be opposite. No those are not ul1 turn fins. Ul 1 only has 1, those are kintecracing.com carbon fiber fins (very nice i might add). http://www.kintecracing.com/Turn_Fins.html yea stock motor in that pic with upgraded water cooler.
