Motor mount to transom length

Hi what should the length be between the motor mount and transom.

Im asking because i built new cf stringers that must be a wincy lil' bit longer because ive lost in one run a flex shaft and 2 Grimracer props

The length from the inner side of the hull, off the transom to the lower motor mount screw is 9 inches. That would put the max OAL at no more then 9 1/2".
