Slightly change your set-up to a grim 42x55 prop and grab some 2s 5000mah 40c lipo's and you should be in the low 50s

Hi Diesel I also have some 35c 6400's but it bounces around like mad with them. I probably wont change the prop as its fast enough how it is. And cause ose dont have any 42x55's SAB in stock

Good luck with your re-build. If you really want that prop Chuck here on the forum can s&b one for you. He does great work.

The bouncing maybe a CG issue with those bigger batts. Move them forward, to do this remove the battery trays.

Thats flying for an sv! You really gotta dial in the handling of the sv to get that kinda speed!

If he had a different motor other than that 2300 he could run that 42x55 with slight negative on the trim tabs and run 47-48 and very stable (see my video), but that ammo motor likes the boat to run neutral or loose, to wet with that motor and temps get hot quick. Like I said with the 42x55 and the ammo 2300 you can break 50 without a doubt (just ask wizard)

I never did like the ammo 2300 in my sv. I think the ul-1 motor would have been a better choice.

                    52.7 mph

Like Diesel said I got mine up to 52.7 mph with an Ammo 2300 and a 42/55 Grim prop
But I liked it better with a X442 If I ran it for a whole charge the temps were lower
and it didn't flip as easy

I average 100-110 degrees F on my setup after a 3-4 minute run. Keep everything under 130F (playing it safe). I think around 150F - 160F the motors will de-mag, not sure though I did have my traxxas velineon motor up to 180F before by accident and it still runs like a champ.
