The Sv's I own have two smaller pieces in the tube. I dont know why. I have since changed them out to just one long piece.
        Many issues!!!

          Guys

          Thanks for your reply.

Steven thanks for the offer. Unfortunately I live in OZ and the postage might be expensive

I had my new SV27 for about 2 years now and it has been fine till now...... Will have to definitely get the teflon liner.

As you can see in the picture there is no teflon liner exiting the stuffing tube. I tried using the shaft to 'feel' inside the stuffing tube and there was no liner.....

What size teflon liner is used in the SV27?

          Thanks

The stuffing tube is a .250 and the stock flex is a .150 if memory serves me right. Just get a liner for a .150 flex shaft and if you have not inspected your stock stuffing tube now might be the time while you want to put in a new liner. Some stock SV27's come with a stuffing tube that has an incorrect angled/bent tube. I dont know if the newer ones are as bad but the early versions had issues with the end being bent to severly. Dont worry. Its easy to replace if you find the need.

The stock liner does not go to the end. It's usually two small pieces arou d 4"s long.
