Sv motor?

Are all SV27 motors hard to turn by hand? It really seams to have some strong a$$ magnets and somewhat notchy. I just figured they should be like that. Ran great and all but recently replaced with a Feigao and this thing spins so free with no resistance.

Just was curious on why orif it's normal.
