Want a GPS to record my speed

I have recently decided to move to Lipo and have purchased some Lipo 2s 5000mah 20c batteries. I see that serval guys use handheld GPS units in their Sv's to record the top speed and thought I would like to try this.

The question is what do you guys think are a good handheld GPS unit to get. As I will be only using it to record my speed I thought I would see if i could find one on Ebay nice and cheap. So basically I would like to know what is a good cheap unit to get my hands on. I have seen Garmin Etrex and Lowrance Ifinders, are there any other makes/models I should be looking out for?

    Many thanks.

I just picked up a Garmin Forerunner 201 here on the swap shop. Nice little unit. You could probably find one cheap on ebay.

I use the Garmin Forerunner 101 and love it. Im not positive, but I think the only difference between the 201 and 101 is the battery. The 101 runs off 2 AAA batts and the 201 has a rechargeable "watch type" battery. So the 201 would be a bit lighter. Size wise, they are both great units.

I use my blackberry that already has the gps built in. Software was free. I just put it in a ziplock sandwich bag and I'm good to go..
