    Replacement/aftermarket motor/radio box mount

Is there an aftermarket or optional motor mount/radio box mount for the SuperVee available? Transitioning over from the car world we had everything imaginable available in carbon fiber, titanium or aluminum and I am surprised that no one has made one. The stock mounts even when coated with epoxy seem brittle and subject to cracking or flex. I think it would be as simple as removing the existing wooded strips and gluing in a new one right? The closest thing I found was a mount from Etti that OSE sells, but a mount for the radio box would have to be fabricated.

Kinda late but this is what mine looks like that is the Kintec radio tray but you might want to make sure your boat is pretty water tight before you do away with the radio box

Kintec was to expensive for me.

I bought a piece of wood from Hobby Lobby and also bought a Traxxas T-maxx throttle/brake servo mount.

Had around $6 wrapped up in the wood and the servo mount.
Already had the epoxy to seal the wood and the hardware to attach it.

That works too, there you go 1/2 price, and the bad thing is I have the wood and the mount laying around

that sucks to hear man, I think my supervee is a boat I'll have for a while. In fact I'm trying to get the hull carbon fiber reinforced to get it back in the water I got this one up to 56.4 mph,I don't think they take speed all that well the gel coat is cracked on the seems on both sides.I hate to get rid of it though its such a fun boat
