New guy questions.

hello there I just got a rio ep and was wondering what to do first. I took the rudders off and I am polishing them also the turn fin-trim tab. I filed them smooth and sanded them with 500git. I am going to get polishing wheels for my dremel. any thing else I should do????

Also I was thinking about a new prop like a 3 blade 40x52 or a 40x57. Would that help me any??
