Flotation / Hatch's

Removed Foam Block from hatch....Replaced with a Foam Sheet by CREATOLOGY
This one comes in 9" X 12" x 1/4" sheets. Also comes in colors and in different shapes.
Remember this for Hatch's flotation, yes it floats...... attach with Shoo-Glue. Started using it with gas hulls Hatch's
*Can get it at local Craft Supply Store, got mine at a Michaels Stores

What's to be gained? Doesn't the stock foam float the hatch?

Its thinner than the stock foam. I know my hatch doesnt fit with my motor wires so I had to remove the hatch foam

Yes stock flotation floats, This material , does not break down, plus it's a cleaner look.......and yes it's thinner, so you have more room under the hatch.
