    Need a new hull :(

Crashed the revolt into a bouy, front end is completely smashed, we wont get into how or why.

Where can I buy a revolt hull completely stripped?
I see some on ebay for 129 but it has all the hardware, just need a naked hull.

Missed a nice clean red one on eBay with all hardware for $89.00. I would if you can just buy a new one here on OSE or Tower and save all your parts for spares until you find a hull.

Well I'll be a monkeys uncle.

Today I am on ebay and see a red revolt newly posted, 9.5 out of 10 condition, talked him down to 245 shipped, dual water pickup, outlets on the sides, leopard 3674 2200kv, 180a seaking esc with extra caps, hugly flex shaft, stock shaft, 3 props x442 x443 and a grim 42-55 and upgraded battery tray
I could not pass that by, wifes gonna be pissed for a few days.
          Will a 5000mah 40c 4s be ok on that motor/esc?

I am going to sell the stock motor and esc to get back some of the cost and keep my hardware for spares just incase
          Sooooo excited
I will not drive this one around the bouys :)

Should have gotten a deltaforce 29 or one of the clones, way better boats! Moved my stuff into one this spring, 500x the hull, handles better, stronger...Well just all around better hulls. Can run circles around revolts and impulses in race water using the stock 1800kv motor and esc, didn't use the strut though, just about everything else.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

Just as well is a DF33 hull, runs great with a 1800kv AQ motor on 4s1p 5800Mah or so. I ran mine that way at the Mi Cup and I was just shy of 3rd place in 6-lap LTD sprint. Build it light it airs right out nice and stable. You can at any time add lost more power and it will keep stable.

I'd like to see your boat run Ray, been running that clone I got off you with a Castle 1512 1800kv, big prop on it and it flies, handles great as well, last week tried my Zippkitts JAE mod 1450 prop, ran cool and was screaming!

Crispy that sounds exactly like my boat. Its red, with a 3674 2200kv and a 180a turnigy. I also have dual water cooling and side outlets. I havnt run it but for a minute on an m445 and it was insanely fast. Than it broke the prop shaft and the prop went missing.

I ordered the impulse ose hd prop shaft. Its a .187 cable, should be much stronger. And am going to run a m545. With the 445, it blew over before I could hit wide open. Im going to shift the batteries forward.

Yeah I will probably start with the battery forward once I get it
It has a hugly shaft which is strong and I also have the shaft from kintec and the 2 screw collar which is alot better than the stock collar.
Ordered 2 turnigy 4s 5000mah lipos too, hopefully they dont take 3 weeks to get here, ordered from usa warehouse is usually 3-5 days

The Delta Force 33 mono hulls look nice. I see OSE has them in a few colors. Newbie question: Do they need any paint work, or can I run them as-is? I'm comfortable doing wiring and drilling/bolting, but painting requires more artistry than I can muster. Also, there seem to be two 33-inch hulls; one is a a touch wider than the other. Which do you recommend?
