Can you post some pictures of the inside of the hull and setup ?
Why not just mount velcro straps to the hull ?
It would lower the CG to and help keep it up right in a flip to.Comment

Rather than trying to re-engineer the interior of a boat I choose to get a PB IM-31 instead, comes with a nice strong 1/4" wood interior.
I'm at AQ's website -> Revolt -> gallery - and took a look at this pic... http://www.aquacraftmodels.com/boats...xxbi01g-lg.jpg and came up with an idea. Go here... http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...+Wrap&sortby=3 and scroll down aways. *Steve's got both glass and CF batt trays. If your running a single 4S, fabricate a couple / three v-blocks out of balsa, epoxy them to the tray and mount the whole mess in the middle of the hull.
If your running a pair 2S batts, get a pair of trays and mount one to each side of the interior. I would arrange / mount them so they're as close to the keel as possible without the batts rubbing against each other. Hope that all makes sense, it's getting late.
* oops.. be sure to remove the stock battery tray firstLast edited by Guest; 04-27-2013, 01:26 AM.Comment
