The Boat is pretty much back together. Installing the hardware was tough "needed smaller hands" but got it done. It I'll be ready for Sunday. Don't know about my batteries tho.

Good to read that. I assume you will be doing some test runs before Sunday. Good luck!

I thought of putting water outlets out the top of my Motley Crew and Revolt hoods, only I was worried that while upside down, they may leak (no matter how well I seal them up - glue or silicone). Looks good. How does it hold up?

the outlets dont leak at all, the holes are a real tight fit and I used a very small amount of silicone when I reinstalled them this time (after laying that piece of mat). The first time I did not notice any leaks from the outlets. The boat has leaked through the Shaft tube, the boot and water inlet lines.

So overall do you think it was worth swapping in the 2200?

The 2030 was ok. It was an old motor had been in a lot of boats and it went out during a run. Went back to the 1800kv and now I can't notice the difference I think the 2030 was not at peak performance.

A friend installed a leopard 3674 2200kv and it proved to be too much for the boat super fast but too unstable.

The 1800 on 5s is fun too.

I really like the 2030 motor in my revolt.
Running a 642 prop with a little pos strut. It rips.
