Does anyone know what the deal is here,mine has one set screw installed on the motor shaft but there is another drilled and tapped hole 180 degrees on the other side. You tube ads show this second set screw missing also.This doesn't make sense,the coupler should have both set screws installed to rule out vibration due to incorrect driveshaft angles.Thanks in advance!

The motor shaft is a good fit inside the coupler and they probably didnt feel like it needs a second screw, one on the flat spot of the motor shaft is enough. The wire has two set screws and care should be taken to center it. I also slightly flat spotted the wire. I also think that is a common place for failure so inspect often.
