My LHS has a large assortment of feigao motors, what motor would be good for the UL-1 if I choose to go that route?

A 7XL or 8XL would be a good choice, depending on the cells you are using and the speed/run time you want. If it does not fit (too long) try an 11L or 12L. The lower turn motors are pretty hot and would require good cells and a different ESC.

Thinking 5s-6s. upgraded esc was looking at the HK120 from hobby king, run times about 4 min, speeds, high 50s-60s with the right prop, propably my modded m447 cut down to ABOUT 46mm with spooning and cupping.

Why didn't you say so in your first post instead of making me guess? Those motors are not suitable for 5S or 6S, and frankly neither is the UL-1; but if you want to try...
5S: 9XL or 10XL again depends on your cell quality.
6S: 12XL

I have run the stock motor and ecs on 5s with a speed of 56.8 but just a matter of time before I burn some thing up
and just trying to get some suggestions.
