    Turnigy lipo assist

I just got my new Lipo`s and I purchased some dean connectors for my UL-1 that will be here next week and im not sure if I use male or female deans on the Turnigy`s. Sry for the noob question I have female deans to be put on just want to make sure that I am right.

Don't use deans connectors. They really don't have a place in FE boating. Most here use bullets on our batteries, but being a noob something like EC5's would be better. Deans connectors can not handle the amp draw associated with FE boating, these EC5's will serve you A LOT better!

There not just for noobs, it makes it so you can't short the battery out to itself like you can with bullets (which is easy to do and I speak from experience ), only downfall is excess wire needed to complete circuits. I wish the RTR boat world could adapt to the ec5's instead of deans.
