Sharpen Rudder?

Can someone post a link to post.... does tht make sense? How should the rudder be sharpened...

I thought I saw a (putty=tat) rudder with dual pickups... was I dreaming? Was that on this site?

the only sharpening that i know that aquacraft recomends is the bottom of the rudder because it can create lift just use sand paper and round it or sharpen to an edge
