can someone tell me why hasnt kintec responded to my emails?

i really apologize for i know this isnt the place to summon this topic. but i really need someone to help me here. i have been trying to get a response from jan (kintec racing) regarding an order i placed on 1/6/11. im not certain whether my emails are getting to him or hes just ignoring them. i highly doubt hes ignoring them as ive been told that he replies almost intantly. if someone can please email him for me and give him my email address chrisvelez1981@yahoo

i tried clicking on the link on the bottom of the page but it says that its unable to open due to mds-somethin i dont know. i tried copying his info@kintecracing and pasting it to email him but i never got a reponse. i think my emails arnt getting to him. someone please

this was his response after 7 days: Hello Chris,
I must be loosing my mind. I know I saw a note about the cooler needing to fit a UL-1 motor and you dont do e-mail so I put your order on the phone to call but cant find your phone number anywhere. I new I should not have done that, it puts it out of site.
Anyway I am totally out of super coolers that fit the UL-1. When I run out of an item I remove the paypal button.
I wanted to ask if you just wanted a refund for the whole order. It will be awhile till I get more supercoolers done.

Jan is someone you want to keep around .He has good products and you cant beat the price,shipping or service . Crap happens and the hollidays just ended.So go back and order a ammo jacket or that deep blue one he has .Have a nice day and happy boating!!

I placed my 1st order with Kintec yesterday afternoon and its all on its way as of this morning, i would say thats fast enough on a fairly good size order...

as stated sometimes things do fall thru the cracks...
