Wot prop? messing about not racing

Only just got my UL1 been using stock prop but tried a spare prop off a mates SV27 today 2 blade 40x51 and was brilliant for launching and acceleration.

Totally loved the lift the 2 blade gave on launch and stopped the irritating submerging, but reading loads about the 40x57 being generally voted the best prop, checked on Ebay to see availability in UK noticed the only one that size was a three blade.

My question is whats best to use 2 blade or 3? and what size for just messing about not top racing.

I ran an Octura M445 on the 2 I had - all stock except I added 5.5 bullets to the bat side of the esc. I used them to race 20 hydro against nitro boats and it ran just under 50 mph.

I put a x645 on mine and went from 42.5 to 46.5 mph and still think it will go faster because of just a short run and no air dam, installed an air dam and just waiting for another test run.
strut set at 1 1/16 neg angle on prop, this thing gets on plane fast, real fast.
