How to make this setup happen?

I was reading alot of people saying that running some lower mAh batteries in parellel at 4s each would help out on the run times and such.

SO, I was wondering how do you run batteries in parellel in the UL-1? Especially with the double connectors?

Also, How does this battery look to fit the bill?:

Those batteries will fit and work very well. I hope this picture helps explain how wiring parallel is done.

I understand how parellel works and all but I don't know how to hook it up because the Ul-1 has two deans going to the ESC to run in series. I would still want to use other batteries which are still 2s so I don't want to go cutting and editing the UL-1 wiring.

Excessive wires and plugs absolutely kill effiency.

So, it's probably not really easy to do without changing the power wires over to a single connnector then.

This is how I did it using Hyperion 3300 lipos. The Hyperion 3300 lipos will fit any direction.

I also changed out my motor connectors to larger bullets. The standerd UL-1 motor connectors will eventually fail using more aggressive props and driving

Rather than a bulky wire harness you could use one of these after you change your ESC to a single plug ?

I've seen that adaptor before actually so that means then I'd have to put a single plug on the ESC.

What if I went ahead and put the single plug on then used a series connector or a parellel connector depending on which batteries I'm running at the moment? Would that be too many connectors on the setup?

That would be acceptable, use the shortest wires you can and you'll fine.

I keep hearing this, but I've never had a deans connector heat problem in my stock old UL-1 or the 1:10 Bardahl that uses the stock UL-1 setup. ...and I use 40X57 and X442 props.
