    Can this be done?

Would a stock ul1 esc run a 1515/1/Y motor on 4s?I realize Id have to swap out the stock banana plugs for real bullets, but would the esc handle the motor and be reliable? An upgrade to the cooling system would be in order in my opinion.

      esc would =
That motor pulls way more amps then that esc could handle. You prob could get away with a 180amp esc, but a 240amp would give you more room to work with. PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT MOTOR WITH THAT ESC, it won't stand a chance!

Ok.I just put my stock motor back in my ul1 with my Hydra120 esc.I also made individual cooling for the motor and esc.I was running a 1515/1/Y with the 120 esc but it got hot real fast and the capps were very hot.I learned that this esc is not enough for this motor,so now I use it with the stock motor.Gonna see how it runs tomorrow.Hope it dont get hot again. And its run on 4s too.I still have alot to learn. Thanks for all your help everyone.
