I just got back running at our pond today. Like always lots of ocean breeze with chop. It does dance around but usually stay right side up. I have been running it with the stock setup and an x440/3 with a little cup. I have been playing with every prop I have (all octura) with different strut settings and I have found this to be the best setup for my needs. If all of your wishes are granted, many of your dreams will be destroyed!Comment

Never heard that one before. How far back? I take it they had to relocate the servo since it's pretty close to the motor mount already, is that acurate?Comment

I dont know how moving the cg back would help any but i dont know much. These are the props that I have tried. I have about a day of testing with each prop with different strut hights and angles. some props are modified so itdoes play with its results. This is just my results of my tests. I don't gps my boat so no speeds.
1. X637 slower than stock
2. x640 little faster than stock but more heat and less stable.
3. X642 little faster than x640. Motor sound like its not reving as high. Probably too much prop
4. x438 too small
5. x440 about same as stock with less heat. decently stable.
6. x440/3 one of the fastest prop tried so far and best handling. Temps are all under 140.
7. x442 around the same speed as 440/3 but less heat and a little edgy on rough water.
8. m445 fastest so far. Wild ride. lots of heat probably too much prop
9. 1440 a tad faster than the x440. In flat water it runs really lite and temps are good.
I have not tried any of the Grim or ABC props. but I have some comming. If all of your wishes are granted, many of your dreams will be destroyed!Comment
