We run consistant 48-50mph (data logged) on two other stock UL1's and the two setups above pass them like they are standing still! Just have to make some lead adapters this winter for the EagleTree ( deans ultra to 5.5 bullet) and see if I can fry an Eagle Tree on a Nue1515
So does the Feigo 7xl mount up directly to the stock motor mount without changing anything? Does it come with new mount bolts or do I use the old stock bolts currently installed? New guy quesitons i know

Thanks and does it come with new bolts or use the old ones? Their are a few other things I need to do to the ul and also gotta wait for weather to clear and it will be ready to go. I am currently hitting high 40s (46-47) close to 50 but can't get over the hump. I honestly think the boat will do over 50 with my setup, but I don't have the best gps (kinda big) and I think it is weighing me down due to the size of it. I am running 1" strut depth and a sharpened and balanced (by egneg) grim 40x57/3.

the motor does not come with new bolts, you should be able to use the stock ones..
            what batteries are you using?
            are they at least 30c?

Yes i have, when I ordered the boat the 4500 30c where the first batteries I got with it which have several runs on them. The 5000 30c I just got and they only have 2 runs on them and work wonderfully temps where good on both sets of batteries. I just switched the stock esc to 5.5mm bullets.

On this new motor/esc combo I am going to use are the 5.5mm bullets i mentioned above over kill for the 3 wires for esc to motor connection or ok?

no such thing as over kill, trying to get more amps to our motors
I'm thinking of changing mine to 4mm on the motor

GREAT, every connection on the new setup will be 5.5 then. sweeeeeet, I can't wait to get this thing in action. After I get everything installed in the ul I am going to take the stock ul esc/motor and put it in my SV...

How do you feel about the esc I ordered? Do you think it will be up to the task?!?

That esc should do just fine, just watch your temps on the first run
