If I did go parallel how would I go about it. Grab this adaptor from OSE http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...od=dh-gpmm3142 and disconnect the series jumper from the two esc connectors and just solder the two wires from the esc to one connector? Basically get rid of the two battery connections and make one and use with this adaptor. Just weighing my options and gaining knowledge.

no you can flip the deans opposite and fit one pos. end in the one hloe and one neg. in the other its hard to explain - but you dont have to go to a single deans-hence you can still run series packs as well

Be careful with the SV. It does not have a low voltage cutoff.

WHOA that looks crazy 6s, so both batts plug into the bottom i assume and where do the 2 connectors for the esc plug into? I only see one female input at the top for esc? Could I do it the way I decribed above though? Please bare with me. Funny part is that am an aircraft mechanic and rc boats make me think more than planes do...lol

that was just an example, you would use the one from offshore and your regular leads comin out from your esc. thats how you plug 2 deans into a single parralell port

That connector from ose only has 1 input for the esc though correct? So just install red wire for esc into + side of the connector and have the - left out and do the opposite for the other connector? I wish I could better explain what am trying to say. bascialy one side of each connection from the esc would be left unplugged. that way I could easily change back in forth between series and parallel? Am i close?

Wow. 6S: is that connector UL approved? That was a lot of work to make!
