    Hull durability?

Hi guys, new here. Been looking into the ul-1s and reading all the info about them. I was wondering how durable the updated hulls are. Obviously, crashing into things is gonna cause damage, but how about just flipping. After watching some videos, it's obvious that it is gonna take place at the speeds these things hit. Do the hulls seem to hold up well to flips etc? How is the build quality on them, old turn fin issue aside?

    Thanks in advance,
    John

The hull shoud hold up, make sure you use a good electrical tape to secure the cockpit cover and the canopy to keep water out. also watch for cracks around the turn fin area. To check to see if you have the updated hull, move the turn fin from side to side if it does not flex at the hull you have the updated version. If you see any cracks, which at one point or a nother you will see them because that is the most stressed part of the hull. I have used a fiberglass repair kit with the cream hardener and filed it and sanded it, then repaint it with Krylon fusion paint. They make it in many colors
