    Sharpening skeg

When sharpening the skeg, what do you do with the bottom of it? Do you leave it square, sharpen to a point or round the bottom of the skeg?

Also how far back from the front of the skeg do you go when sharpening?

Not sure what you mean by the "skeg". The MC does not have a skeg. It has a strut and a rudder. Most will round the bottom of the rudder, but leave the strut alone.

I'm sorry, you are right, the rudder. So sharpen the front of the rudder and round the bottom? I am assuming sharpen with a file then sand paper? Thanks again, trying to get the most out of it stock, when I get bored then ill get a bigger motor Esc. The setup and fine tuning is fun for me, any other tips?
