    New MC not working HELP

Just unboxed new MC. Brand new tested and charged lipos (ran in my slash today). Turn on controller, I plug in both charged tested batts (Grim 5000mah 40c 2s) no beep. I do the T trim trick nothing. I try the N R switch on trim nothing. I try pressing the little button on the receiver to bind the controller, no little LED light. I think the ESC is blown from the factory.

Volt test the power lead as close to the ESC as possible. If you have power there, I would assume esc is bad.... You have a series connector i assume? Could be bad contact there. That is why I say Volt test at esc on the power in side.

        Grimm,

"LIPOS" I assume here we are working with 2 2S packs.... But you might be right. BigPower?

            BP,

So you have two and you hook both up the the stock esc? That make it a 4S setup. If you only have one plugged in, it's 2S and as Grimm stated, low voltage and no good.

Do you have a voltometer? (Volt meter?)

I mean if all is stock, 2 packs 2S each are plugged in, and they are charged..... Looks like a bad esc as assumed...

Wouldn't say "blown". That implied overloading it and the this popping due to use. Most likely a short or faulty solder connection....

Correct 4s. Aquacraft is sending Esc free of charge.
