Does this lipo look swollen of puffed at all?

    Does this lipo look swollen of puffed at all?

    Lipo has been stored for a couple months at around 3.9 volts per cell (a lil higher than I normally leave of about 3.85 when storing)btw that black on the bottom is a piece of velcro

          Ok thank you for your help.Ran it today and worked just fine all cells stayed balanced.
