Pro fisherman bass boat

Iv just picked up a aquacraft pro fisherman bass boat.

I was wondering what are a few upgrades to make it faster, but still have good control?

A 3650 brushless motor will fit under the cowl.................somewhere in the 2300-2600kv range for 3s would give you decent speed without being crazy.

Is that motor a direct drop in? No mods needed?

Also, is there a prop that would be an upgrade aswell?

Will a bigger battery fit? 8V?

i highly doubt this but just a thought i wonder if a stiletto outboard will work on this
