Prop fitment issue on Sonicwake

All, I purchased a CNC 40mm 3 blade 3/16 bore prop for my Sonicwake. Is it normal for this prop to be a very tight fit on the shaft? In fact, to even get it to start to slide on I've had to carefully ream the bore. The orginal prop slid right off.

I have some props that fit tighter than others. Sometimes its just the dog teeth at the end of the bore.

It'll be fine long as you didn't ream it out much. How does it fit now?

I come across this once in a while in my business , I glue & wrap some sandpaper around a appropriate size rod and put it in the drill works great
