Hard to say without knowing what voltage you intend to run. 4s? 5s? 6s?
Also, what make & size ESC would be helpful.See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

Easy, start with the 442, run, time your runs, check temps etc, go up one size at a time. You will only find the best prop for your setup by testing. It also depends whether you will be racing, sport running or zoom zoom. A 150A esc is not real big if you are after speed.NZMPBA 2013, 2016 Open Electric Champion. NZMPBA 2016 P Offshore Champion.

As Pete says. Start with the 442.
When you have it all trimmed out & running well on that, the 445 will be the next to try. It will be a shorter run time though.
Another great prop on that boat with those revs if you are running oval laps it the X440/3 blade.See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
