Hey guys, I'm running my impulse 31 with a castle 1515y 2400Kv motor on a 160amp ZTW seal esc on 4s Lipo. And currently running a Octura x440 and getting heavy cavitation issues, tried my dads Octura x447 prop and got tons more of bite no cavitation but I could hear it wasn't getting full rpm out of the motor and brought it in and opened the hatch and saw smoke coming from a Lipo..... Oops. Any suggestions?

I run mine with a VXP V445 (similar to the Octura M445) on 6S with a 1400kv Leopard 4074. It pulls around 100 amps under full throttle (maximum of 115.5), and with your setup the amps are going to be much higher even though the rpms are similar.
I would also recommend an X440/3, it runs almost as fast as the M445 but pulls just around 85 amps (87.5 max, recorded). -
