I have a pair of 1715's and 1815's and they'll be all good for initial testing. Just trying to get more stuff to test afterwards as I know the those will only take me so far.
My 2 hulls are almost done, probably a few days to a week left of work, so I'll have some videos of them posted soon... they took way too long to build... lots of procrastinating and overthinking, etc (Mostly just wanted to get it all done the right way first... to avoid major mods later).

dasboata: Those 1817's are they 17* and .45 bar?

Yes. The 1815 pulled like 18 amps less iirc. I think 1815's will be plenty of prop as you'll see. There's a member her that went 116mph with them on a budget setup (TP motors).

I'm just thinking ahead with this prop... I even have a pair of cupped/thinned 447's (my favorite) that I'll be testing as well.
Hopefully I could find a big stretch of water here before my permanent move to Florida in about a month's time...

Btw, is there any particular way that you bolt-on ABC props onto prop shafts? The 3/16 and ESPECIALLY the 1/4 sized ABC's have a lot of play when sitting on the shaft (before being tightened). I wonder if there's a better way of going about it...

I'm actually using some 3/16 to 1/4 spacers from Octura for those 1/4 ABC's you cut for me. Do you have any better spacers by any chance? (Or able to make something better for them?)
yes same address & Steve has it on file best to e mail me at dasboata@aol.com
