need some help plz

been building a rescue boat for some time, down to the final pieces , but when i order a drive dog for the 4 mm shaft it came in and said 4 mm on packet but would not fit. need the rite drive dog for this shaft and a prop that will work also. need one with a good pitch to push this boat , the shaft measures100_2525.jpg 3.84 mm. and the part where the prop goes on measures 100_2527.jpg, just below the prop nut . 3,76 mm with my Gauge. pls send a link for both so i will not order the wrong thing again.

also i am using left over parts to make the motor and esc came out of a shock wave 26 . 1500 kv motor and 60 amp esc will use 2s are three s which ever i not running that day.
