I'm running a C1 Flowmaster. I want to change the motor for 2730 kv 28-60 from Turnigy, and i have T 120 amp ESCs. I wish to get to 60 mph. Right now i run P3-36-13 props from HK on stock motors, and i got 55.5 mph on 4s with temps just below the 100°F. I can run 5s on those motors(2730 kv), but i want to stay at 4s "IF" possible, what prop should i use? Bigger diameter, longer pitch? 2 blades or 3 blades?
Near as I can tell the props you are running are 1.3 pitch and being plastic are likely flattening out at a good RPM. A metal prop would totally benefit you over the plastic even if it had the same specs.
If you are switching to a bit lower KV you may be able to pull off a pair of ABC 1516's or maybe there are a 1515/2's available. You would need a 3/16"-4mm bushing though. PropShop would also most likely have something good available to you and possibly in 4mm bore for your prop shafts.

And BTW; good show on the current speed with those motors.
