Prop recommendation for friend's surge crusher

First post here so bare with me as Im new to boats as of last year. I have a spartan Ive built up so have some experience, but props still confuse me. My buddy recently got a surge crusher version 2 with a 1900 kv motor and it came with a 3 blade aluminum prop which reads P 1.4x37mm. This prop cavitates alot at slow speeds so I picked up a stock 2 blade pro boat plastic prop which measures 1.34" x 2.06". This helped the boat alot getting up on plane and seems to perform all around much better. He would like to get a little more top end and I am unsure of which way to go with the prop, should I get something with a higher pitch? I have a couple CNC props for my spartan from here and am very pleased with them, so we will likely get CNC for it since neither of us sharpen or balance yet. Any info and tips are much appreciated thanks. Also I will add he is running the boat on 4s.
