    Genesis prop recommendation

I have a Genesis with a Leo 4082 with a Swordfish 220a pro and 2x 3s 4000mAh 30-40c lipos running in series. I know the forum offers a lot of input but looking for dirrect input based on my setup. Thanks

Try the M445, worked the best on mine.

Hard to say without knowing what KV motor you have in there. "Leo 4082" is just not enough info.

1600kv could swing a little bigger than a 45mm. 4mm or so but you have to be careful with the narrowness of that hull.

How about a x646/3 too big? Too much pitch?

I run an X646/3 on that motor in a 36" mono.
It might work if the hull is running well aired out. But if it is running wet you will have a big amp draw. It's a prop I'd work up to.

a x646 is being sold on the forum so I think Im going to snag that one and work up to it with the smaller props I already have

@ zhevers........ I have a Daytona (CF Genesis) and I am running an X452 Octura prop on mine doing 67mph, I tried the X646 and mustard 64.7mph ....... My motor is 1650KV and I am running a SeaKing 180 esc........ hottest temp I have is 122 on the ESC , 111 on motor, and 97-104 on the batteries so you may want to try it......I'm thinking of trying a X455.

I can tell ya from experience my Genesis did not like 3 bladed props, but I am running a 2200kv motor on 6S 78mph on a worked x642...still tuning and see alot more mph possible...Id for sure be really careful with that 3 blade. The Genesis is a narrow hull, well suited to "SAW" but it does have torque roll issues. Hope you have CF'd the hull.... DJ
