Got new prop but its to long? Need help

Hi. Got a Tfl smash shark boat,
I just order a aluminum stock size 38 prop and its to long, i could not tight the set screw on the prop nut.
I add a pics of the set screw hole that not fit a set screw and the prop shows its littlebit longer than the stock.

Thanks for the help i could get.image.jpg image.jpg

I have a Octura prop I could sharpen and balance for you. What shaft size?

so 3/16. I have an x637 prop I could sell you. In finished I'd sell it for $12.50. If you want it sharpened and balanced, $27 shipped. It will perform better than a aluminum prop.

You could grind or file the flat on the shaft longer, that's what I did on my pursuit, may have to do it to make just about any prop to fit.
