AquaCraft Lucas Oil Cat Prop?

Another Question...
New FE boat, Running stock, P-Limited class, NAMBA Dist. 9, Lucas Oil Cat.....what's a good metal prop for racing, that won't put too much load on motor or ESC.....1. 42x55 I've heard is a good prop for above, any others, and who, sharpen/ polish these little guys? 4$
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
