I forgot what esc you running,
What is it again.
If it was my boat I would move the esc to the port side,
And right in front of your lipo pack.
Also I would shorten all the wires up to,
That will help lower the resistance and amp draw,
And keep temps in check to.
I think that would make it ride a lot better and air it out some more to,
If you decide to do it,
Just go easy with it and see how it rides.
It may get to loose, and if it does will try something else next.
Make sure you get some good video of it from it's side,
Going buy you for a nice run up and back a couple times so I can see how it is ridding.
Also it would great if the water was almost glass to,
Just to see how it rides a little better.
Motor got warm, Give me some temps on the setup after a two minute run.
Hey,
I took a look at the pictures today.
Look like my setup almost.
Do you have a link to the video on you tube.
I have been helping with this one on hear,
It has come a long way and running pretty good so far. http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...with-stock-esc
Hey Ben,
Look in the video post on hear,
I just did some speed runs with my Rio and my Mystic on sunday.
The boats still need some work to go full throttle,
But they are getting there.
Yea I couldn't open it up on 3s. It was to rough. I plan on trying different props on a better day. I will post more vids as I go to show you. Thank you so much for all your help. Oh that was first run on 3s so I have a lot more tuning to do.
I have a proboat 1.6x2.5 stainless prop thats balanced and sharpened it seems to work pretty good
But ill be able to tell better when I try my grimracer 3 blade lenny thinks it will work better and he is
Usually right he really knows what hes talking about.
I'm using a proboat 1800kv motor and a seaking 90 amp ESC. ESC timing is set to 3.75. Battery is a Tenergy 5000mah 25c 3s. So far nothing has got warm yet. Cool to the touch.
