    Genesis props

Ok I have seen many people ask about props for the genesis. So far I'm running stock motor with seaking 180amp on 6s LiPo. Turning a X442. So far my temp has been cool to the touching motor & ESC. Boat is set to run on the dry side. So what I'm asking is what other props would be good for all around use. I've been looking at a x440/3 , v940/3 & 1740/3. Can anybody tell me which one would be close to the x442.

Mine run the beat with a M445. I did not have stock motor or esc but I think it was the best all around prop. Mine did not like 3 bladed prop at all.
    Modified Jae21, Stock Jae21, Cheetah, Ul-1, Shock Wave 26 V2 (Rescue Boat).

I've heard that a 3 blade will help calm the boat down. I'm only running 70% throttle and lowest timing on ESC. Has anybody run this set up and could give me a ballpark speed on what I'm running? I'm guessing around 50mph.

My stock genesis ran 49mph with a 440 TFL prop on 5s according to my gps. So at least that fast Id say.

Thanks TristanJones. I'm not completely new to r/c boat. The Genesis is my 3th boat and so far the fastest by far. I still have so much to learn but I pick it up fast. I've been into r/c almost 5 years. Been racing 3 years in 1/8 buggy. Any helpful tips on the Genesis or a Rio Ep will be helpful.

The 440/3 is good but the other two props are lifting props and meant more for hydro's and riggers . They are not a good chose for a cat . Some good props are x640 , m445,

Thank you highflyerbill. I ordered the 440/3. Will test when it comes in.
