prop upgrade question

Let me start by saying im a newb so feel free to enjoy my lack of knowledge while it lasts I own the Genesis from HK with a
36-74Size 2075kv Watercooled Brushless Inrunner (stock from HK)
200A skywing ESC/BEC
2x 4S 20C 5000mAh (parallel)
Octura x440 prop (3 blade)
dont know the exact temps but its barely over warm after a full 8-10 minute run.

here is my question.
Im seeing videos of boaters running the same setup but with the x642 (2 blade) is that too big of a prop for my setup? seems like A LOT of sizes in the middle and i'd hate to buy it unless I can use it.
Any feedback would be great!!

That's usually a great prop and one of my favorite. As an ex genesis owner one thing I can tell you is that the stock motor is very suspect. Mine fried very early on which is no big deal unless it takes out your good esc.
Put a good motor in it and the thing will rip with that prop. A m445 works great as well.

I have a buddy willing to let go of a Leopard 4074 2200k think thats enough to get her scooting with using all the same parts other then the motot switch?

That would be good for a reliable 50+mph setup. The only other thing I would do is upgrade to the one piece cable.

for sure, thats the first upgrade I want.. well that and the bigger motor lol
