Prop Suggestions - 22.5 Mono

Any suggestions for prop for 22.5 mono running 2860 3400kv, 120a ESC. I tried running on 3s but i think it was to much. I am going to try it on a 2s. Looking for prop suggestions. Thanks!

Running an Octura .150 cable system for 3/16" props.

On 2s I'm thinking an x440/x442...........possibly even an x637

Is the mono you are talking about the R2 Hobbies Arowana? If it is I have one ( wife's boat ) It has a 2223 2900 out runner running on 3s 2200 batteries and running a 35mm prop doing 25-30.

Yes thats the mono.

I have a wire drive in mine with a 1/8 inch prop shaft and run both 32 and 35 mm props on it and it flies for a little boat. Just can't get it to self right it's self.

I have no issues with self righting. I tried running it on 3s but it kept going airborne. flipped over each time. going to try 2s

where do you have your strut set? mine is level with bottom of the hull and I put on a set of trim taps. Runs real dry and flat.

Yes strut is level to the bottom. Both boats look like there are running great!

Did you have an issue with chine walking? Mine walks pretty bad.

No, always runs smooth

I thought maybe it had to due with all the weight on the port side.

I have everything but the rec. on the port side.
