L40/57/3 is the best for the ul1 and most on here will agree.

Yeah your esc will blow and possibly motor. Its a big prop with too much pitch. You can try it, but I know NOBODY who uses it on a ul1.

I didnt kow about having to polish it ! But shaving and balance took around hour and a half ! Dana put me on to a link where i found out about polishing ! I used some compound and got nice and smooth ! Headn out to the water in about an hour to try it out ! Its kind of breezy here at the house hoping the chop not too high

Im gona bring the 235 and mite make a couple passes and then chek temps ! Kind of like changeing the gears in my street cars ! Never know till you try ! I have a bunch of motors so if I burn it up I will pop the jacket off and put it on something else ! Sure I can modify something and make it work ! Have lot of 8th scale stuff that look like the motor on the boat ! Had the jacket off last night and it fits over a 2200 that I use in my revo ! Only issue would be the ridges !! Would have to center and silicon it !! Idk !! I like to build my own stuff Love to modify

Why deliberately try to blow things up? You've been told what that prop will do to your ESC & possibly the motor. The advice that Heaving Earth has given you is correct. Why do it?
See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
