Can someone please help me. Genesis twin, looking for props.

Ive just got my Genesis rebuilt and im looking for props.
Its a twin prop Genesis with two Leopard 4074s in it running on 5s each. 200a Speed controllers.
Was thinking Octura X645 counter rotating but i cant seem to find them or something similar. Must be counter rotating. Can anyone provide me with a link to these props or somewhere i can get similar?
    Thank you

Forgot to add, am using 3/16s shafts.

        Hi Peter,

Wow, that's some serious RPM if you are running 5S on those motors. Some may say that's really pushing the boundaries (to put it politely) even with a single motor set up in a Genesis - and you have it as a twin!

You say :"Ive just got my Genesis rebuilt and im looking for props" What's the history of this boat? Did you build it originally? What props were on it before? Proposed X645 props seem a bit over the top to me, but you certainly have got my attention.......!

        Any photos?

        Cheers,

        Jon

I chucked *!***!***!***!**ty hardware and a way stupid set up into the genesis ages ago from spare parts from a buggy etc and blew the *!***!***!***!** outta everything. Ive since cut open the hull, removed single set up and put new everything in.
You could be right on it being too much. At the moment it is running x443 L and R but only on 3s while i get my radio etc all setup. The reason i am running 5s is at the moment i have these batteries to use 2 x 3s Nanotechs and 2 x 2s nanotechs so i have been using a 2s and 3s in series per motor.
Im fairly new to boating also so any help is much appreciated. Im having troubles with one of my speed controllers at the moment and am waiting on a program card to make it easier.
Will try update photos but this is my thread from a month or so ago. Finding hard to find time for this.

Sorry about the crap photos, just took them on my phone. Everything is in a mess as ive been pissing around with the escs.
I realise i might not be fully on track with this setup as its my first attempt and very much still learning.

Thanks for the quick photos Pete, and the earlier ones you posted. Certainly an interesting upgrade project and yes, I think it's going to be quite a learning curve for you - please keep us informed of progress.

IMO 645 props are going to be an overkill, especially to start with. I would be starting with M445 props and go from there (but haven't checked to see if you can get them in contra-rotating.) I am sure others will comment.

                Cheers,

                Jon (from across the pond)

                  Thanks Jon and H20,
Or i could buy some nice 5000mah 4s nanos maybe? Will also have a look and see if m445s are available.
                  Thanks again

For that kind of rpm i would start with 442s
