Do all props have to turn counter clockwise to go forward? Or does it depend on the prop just like a plane a pusher or a puller? Thanks

They make counter-rotating props for some dual drive boats, so you can get props somewhere in both clock-wise and counter-clockwise varieties. Just like a twin engine plane using counter-rotating propellers to eliminate torque roll I'm sure.

There are right and left hand boat props. The biggest selection is in left hand props. The way to determine the hand is when the prop rotates in the direction of the fingers on your hand, it will move the direction your thumb points.
