    Delta Force 33" Prop

Just curious to see what prop guys are using on their Delta Force 33" hulls? If possible post your Motor and cell setup too.
So far on my hull the only propr that I have run are a couple smaller 2 blade props (645-647) and a 447/3. The two bladers were not real good and the 447/3 seems to run pretty good. I plan to try a couple different larger 2 bladers tomorrow. I am running a Neu 1521 1.5D motor on 4s lipo.

    Neu 1521/1y 6s2p

I am running the Speedmaster stinger but am having a really hard time dialing her in. I just bought a Speedmaster strut from OSE but have not installed it yet. So far the best prop I have run is the M545. Really good acceleration and top end also. I cannot wait to get her trimmed proper.

1515 1y on 4S so far a prather s220 is as far as I have gotten. I tried a 445 but lead to chine walk and raising strut just caused speed loss. I love the DF hulls. Great size range and they all seem very competitive. I did learn that a "M" series props just terrible for some reason. Just on my setup at least.

I had no luck at all with 3 blade props on mine. I was running the Neu 1910 .5y (2100kv) on 4s2p. It liked the x447(54mph) but was blistering fast in the x452(58.5mph)

1521/1.5d on 2x 4s 4200/35c G3 packs,,, turning a x450 2 blade,, got 58 and change.. I am running the Storm hull and it seems to like 52-55mph and runns solid as a rock! Running 58+ with that hull in race water gets exciting..
Nothing like keeping you lipos warm and your prop wet!!

Motor 110-118,, esc 120-125,, lipos 112-115..... If I am on/off throttle alot in a heat,, I get upto 130-135 on esc,, 120-125 motor and packs stay about 112-118...

My fav. prop for that setup is a x447/3 with 1/8" backcut and rounded tips with slight pitch increase.. Boat runs super smooth and no torque roll at all.. 51-53 mph with this prop,, pitched up it is 55-57mph...

I'm running a X447 mildly cupped with the 1521 1.5D. Good speed & pulls through turns way harder than with the 2-bladers I've tried. Temps just fine for oval heats. I have a Sholund X450 cut down a smidge, but ran hot with the old 1.03 timing on low-[actually was too high.] May try the X450 this weekend at the NAMBA 2-Lap, but Darin's got the record pretty tight & I drive like Helen Keller

Larry you seem to have the hottest setup here have you been able to get into the 60 mph bracket with your DF33 , I see a lot of low to high 50's but no one has stepped up the the 60ish podium

Larry after talking to you on the phone I think you wrote the wrong timing value down for the D wind motor.

                              Thank You Ray
14 degrees is on my "Y" winds
I set my "D" winds at 2 degrees

Peter this my OVAL race setup, I have never put a GPS in it.

But I did set a new 1 mile oval record at the NAT's last weekend with it.
