I am not sure that there is anything perfect out there, an old friend made all my wire drives for me, but he has since sold up all his wire drive gear. Did you say it was a 4mm stub, ETTI make lightweight 4mm struts with 4x7x3mm ballraces, but the nose piece suits the teflon on a .130 flex so a bit big for a wire as it comes.

I ordered these from a dealer in England. They are really nice. I will get back to building them this summer. Focused and racing season for all my big boats that start in April. If you send me a pm I will give you Paul Heaths information.
