    Well here is the vid

thanks to Jay Turner for doing the driving while I filmed the latter part.
part one is me testing her out, then there is a nice close run and then the slo mo second half really gives a feel for how she handles!

only thing left is a paint job!?!

Thanks guys, 'preciate the enthusiasm! I'm almost done perfecting the finish for priming.
It is amazing how well she scoots along.

Anybody know who would be into helping me make a mold, and maybe get some reproduction going??

Just wondering how this might work if scaled up to 36"?

Funny you ask, I am 3/4 done with a 34" p class version. Tweaked the design some, reducing the slant on the sides a bit. Setting her up as twin or single for p limited or twin spec drive class. I'll do a build thread if there's interest.

I'm thinking further into next year for a build. I don't have a cat and figure a Q setup as that would give me a boat to fit our Q offshore class here. guessing something in the 36-38" size but not too big as it would only be 1P.
There is a 38" option available here, but a tad pricey.

I like scratch building so a plan to work from and I'd be away...

That is not a bad idea! It wouldn't take much to stretch the 34 into a 38"! Then it wouldn't look so wide...
I will have some time over Christmas break... I'll see what I can do.

If you're going to have the 12" cat parts laser-cut; let me know. I just might want a set. I was thinking of scaling it up to 15"~16" and have it laser-cut, but a 12-incher would be a heck of a lot of fun.

I'm in for a set also if you have them laser cut. That is so cool! I love the first video with the dog! My dogs don't swim they just run back and forth in the yard barking at the boats in the canal.
